To enrol please fill in the
enrolment form and send it (by fax or e-amil) together with 2
photos and a copy of the payment document of the 150 Euros
deposit.
The deposit may be sent (indicating your name) by postal order
or by bank transfer.

All bank expenses will be paid by
the student and must be paid at his arrival.
The deposit will be deducted from the total of the course

Once received, the enrolment form
and the copy of the payment document, we shall confirm, by
writing, the inscription and, if necessary, we shall send the
certificate to obtain the visa from the embassy. |
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
The payment of the total of the course must be done during the
first three days of class.
No money shall be given back or deducted from the total price if
the student joins the group late, leaves before the end of the
course or misses lessons
The classes that are the same days as bank holidays, local or
national, will not be recuperated. |
CANCELLATIONS
The notification of any cancellation must be in writing to the
Colegio Ibérico
Course cancelation implies the loss of the total sum of the
deposit, 150 Euros, which is retained by the Colegio Ibérico.

ATTENDANCE TO LESSONS
If the student is not able to arrive on the date he had thought,
his attendance on the course can be delayed to a date within the
6 following months. If the prices, increase during that period,
the student will have to pay the difference.
For courses of less than 16 weeks, attendance must be continuous
without the possibility of dividing the course
For courses lasting longer than 16 weeks, students will be able
to take from 1 to 2 weeks holiday having previously arranged
this with the school. These weeks can later be recouperated at
the end of the arranged term dates if classes are available at
the aproppriate level. |
ACCOMMODATION
In any type of accommodation, and for the first month, there is
an additional cost for the service of looking for the
accommodation of 32 Euros.
The student is liable for any damages he may cause during his
stay |
INSURANCE
We advise students to obtain both personal and health insurance
policies before leaving their home country. Citizens of the
European Unio have the right to medical care from the Spanish
Social Segurity System. |
