b) Once we have received the
form and deposit, you will be informed, by return post, of the
registration and accommodation booking.
c) Classes, omitted because of
public holidays, could neither made up on another date nor be refunded.

If for any reason, there are
no places for the course you have chosen, you will be immediately
informed and the school will send the deposit back.
4.
Cancelations:
a) If you cancel the reservation 15 days before the beginning of the
course, we will send back the deposit, except for administration
expenses.
b) If you cancel the reservation within 15
days, the deposit will not be sent back, but we will hold it in case you
wish to reregister within the same year.
c) Classes, omitted because of public holidays,
could neither made up on another date nor be refunded.
5.
The total amount must be paid during the first
week or before the beginning of the course.
6.
If the applicant has already started the
course and then wants to discontinue, no refund for either the course or
the accommodation can be made.
